Advanced Booking Is Essential To Secure Tour Places on the Canary Island

Hotels in the Canary Islands including Lanzarote, and Tenerife, have reported a huge increase in bookings. Some hotels have reported a shortage of places due to the thriving tourism bouncing back after the Covid pandemic hit them hard.

According to a recent report, more than 7.7 million passengers from international airports including the UK, Germany, the USA, and Australia arrived in Spain in May. Compared to the number of visitors who visited Spain in 2019, the Spanish tourism industry is celebrating that there has only been a reduction of tourists visiting Spain by 13%.

According to the tourism report, one in four travelers came from the UK. The report also stated that 77.6 percent of people from the UK visiting the Spain including the Canary Islands used a low-cost airline.

Tourism experts have said Spain has moved forward since the Covid pandemic and used its knowledge and marketing skills to bring back tourists who missed out on holidays in Tenerife and Lanzarote during the pandemic. With exciting summer deals on Lanzarote and Tenerife excursions, it is expected that some hotels will be booked out during the summer season.
