FLEXURA’s in-house knitting operations run 50 circular knit machines and 22 warp-knit machines across a gauge range of 28 to 44, with capacity up to 40,000 meters per day. Dyeing and finishing now sit inside the same group, drawing on 21 dye vats and six finishing lines across the combined sites, and covering reactive and disperse dyeing methods used for recycled polyester and natural fiber blends. For cycling sportswear specifically, FLEXURA produces open-knit mesh structures in eyelet, micro-mesh and pinhole grid patterns, weighing between 100 and 140 grams per square meter and built for the ventilation demands of cycling apparel and cycling gloves.

“Bringing Wuhua Lixin’s dye and finishing lines into the group means every meter of our cycling mesh fabric is knitted, dyed and finished inside the same corporate structure, from the yarn we source to the roll we ship,” said Ryker Li, CEO of FLEXURA.

Fabric buyers sourcing cycling sportswear textiles from China typically manage quality and compliance risk across multiple unaffiliated suppliers spanning knitting, dyeing and finishing stages, a structure that complicates traceability and consistency. FLEXURA’s combined operation instead runs internal testing for elongation, recovery, GSM and colorfastness against ISO, AATCC and GB standards, with third-party verification available through SGS Hong Kong or Intertek. The company holds active certification under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II for skin-contact safety and Global Recycled Standard v4.0 for recycled fiber content, and applies PFAS-free chemistry across its full fabric range. FLEXURA also issues Certificates of Origin through CCPIT along with export documentation including Form A, E, F and R directly to international buyers.

“Buyers evaluating our mesh and interlock lines can trace a sample back to the dye vat and knitting machine that produced it, because both now report into the same operating group,” Li said.

Sample turnaround for FLEXURA’s cycling sportswear fabric runs as fast as 24 hours for domestic requests and seven to ten days for international buyers, with minimum order quantities set at 300 meters for standard runs and trial orders available from 20 meters. The company’s mesh, interlock, tricot and single jersey structures remain available for direct inquiry through its sample lab in Shenzhen, alongside the company’s quarterly sustainability transparency reporting, which shares energy intensity, water draw, dye recipe extracts and effluent data with partner brands without requiring a signed non-disclosure agreement.
